Giving it all he had in the stretch to get up in the last second, Larry Pratt and Dave Alden’s Doctor Mounty hit the wire a nose ahead of his competition in the $200,000 Baltimore/Washington International Turf Cup (G3T) Sept. 29 at Laurel Park.
