Race Track Chaplaincy of New York to Honor Troutts

The New York Division of the Race Track Chaplaincy of America will honor Lisa and Kenny Troutt Aug. 15 at a brunch in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. for their dedication and commitment to backstretch workers on the New York Racing Association circuit.
